With this, members do not need to log in to the passbook website separately. They can see a simple view of their EPF passbook directly.

Online Access to Transfer Certificate (Annexure K)
When employees change jobs, their PF account is transferred online through Form 13. After transfer, the old PF office creates a transfer certificate called Annexure K and sends it to the new PF office.
Earlier, members got Annexure K only if they requested it. Now, members can directly download Annexure K in PDF format from the EPFO member portal whenever they need it.

Now, members can easily track the transfer of their PF online. It ensures that the balance and service period are correctly shown in the new account.

Faster EPF Settlements
Earlier, all EPFO services like transfers, advances, refunds, and settlements needed clearance from higher-level officers. This made the process slow and time-consuming.
